Grievance raised by petitioner in this Writ Petition (PIL) is that no action is being taken by respondent authorities to check illegal encroachment upon land in Sy.No.81/6A, Kapu Tunglam Village, Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. 2. It is submitted that a detailed grievance in this regard has been submitted on 08.09.2025 vide grievance No.VSP202509083949 before District 2 HCJ & NJS, J W.P(PIL).No.118 of 2026 Collector, Visakhapatnam. Reference is made to communication dated 04.03.2026 by Tahsildar to agitate that encroachment and illegal construction has been carried out on the land in question. 3. Learned counsel for respondent Municipal Corporation submits that no representation, as such, has been received by Corporation. Submission of representation before District Collector is, however, a matter of record. 4. Keeping in view facts and circumstances, at this stage, respondent Corporation is directed to treat present writ petition as a representation and competent authority/authorities are directed to look into the matter and decide the representation after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned by way of a speaking order within a period of three (3) months of receipt of certified copy of this order. There is no expression of opinion on merits of the matter. 5. Writ Petition (PIL) is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
