Essentially, the petitioner is seeking for a certiorari to quash the deeds of sale registered before the Sub- Registrar, Jayanagar and BTM Layout, Bengaluru, on the ground that those sale deeds have been executed fraudulently. 5. If that be so, it would be for the petitioner to approach the competent Court seeking for such reliefs under the applicable law.
