In both the petitions, the petitioners are aggrieved by common order dated 28.02.2020, passed by the Joint Director, Directorate of Health Services, whereby the representation of the petitioners for grant of seniority from the date of their initial appointment has been rejected. 3. However, a careful perusal of the impugned order dated 28.02.2020 would show that the matter has been referred to the Director, Health Services and he has not taken any decision till date. 4. Be that as it may, the Director, Health Services, Raipur is directed to take fresh decision in the case of the present petitioners as mentioned in order dated 28.02.2020 in accordance with law within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
