This contempt petition has been preferred by the applicants under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for non-compliance of the order dated 01.04.2025 (Annexure-C/1) passed in WP(S) No.2120/2025. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 submits that the order under contempt has been duly complied with and the applicants have been granted the 3rd Time Scale vide order dated 02.03.2026 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Public Works Department, Bilaspur, Division Bilaspur. In this regard, he has also filed a copy of the said order vide covering memo dated 08.05.2026. It is, therefore, submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt petition. 3. Since the order under contempt has been duly complied with, nothing survives for consideration in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the same stands disposed of. 4.
