Three title suits have been filed and are pending before the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Port Blair. The said suits are T.S. No.24 of 2018, T.S.No.67 of 2016 and T.S. No.1 of 2022. 2. Title Suit No.24 of 2018 has been stayed under section 10 of Code of Civil Procedure at the instance of the plaintiffs in the other suit. 3. An innocuous prayer is made on behalf of the petitioners for expeditious of the disposal of pending aforesaid suits. 4. It is, therefore, directed that the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Port Blair shall dispose of the aforesaid suits as soon as possible preferably within a period of five months from the date of the communication of copy of this order. 5.
