JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing and/or setting aside the impugned letter at (Annexure A) issued by at the respondent and thereby defreeze and de- mark lien in relation to the petitioner's bank accounts (details whereof are more particularly set out in paragraph 3 hereinabove); b. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent directing it to issue necessary directions to the banker with whom petitioner's bank accounts (details whereof are more particularly set out in paragraph 3 hereinabove) are maintained. c. Award costs for the instant petition; and/or d. Grant such further and other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem proper and fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the lien has been marked in respect of the petitioner's account by - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010486542026 NC: 2026:KHC:38184 WP No. 22049 of 2026 the respondent in connection with Crime No.633/2025 registered by the Kadugodi Police Station on 18.12.2025 for various offences as indicated therein. 3. The lien having been marked and reported to the said Court is always available for the petitioner to file the necessary application before the Court seized of the said proceedings for lifting of the lien. 4.
