Mr. Tabraiz, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits before this Court that liberty may be given to the petitioner to withdraw the instant application for bail with a further prayer to file afresh after submission of the supplementary charge sheet by the Investigating Agency. In absence of any opposition prayer is allowed. CRM (SB)/7/2026 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Before parting with it is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merit while allowing the prayer of the petitioner for withdrawal. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
