The dispute is between the family members. The private respondents are none but children of real brother of petitioner No. 2-Amit Kumar. The actual dispute is in regard to residential house, where petitioners and private respondents are residing together. Civil suit filed by the petitioners in the Court's at Malout is already pending, wherein interim stay has been granted. 3.
