1. Prayer in the instant petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to provide protection of lives and liberty to the petitioners from the illegal as well as unnecessary harassment from the hands of respondents No. 4 to 8 and to decide representation dated 02.07.2026 (Annexure P-2).
2. The dispute is between the family members. The private respondents are none but children of real brother of petitioner No. 2-Amit Kumar. The actual dispute is in regard to residential house, where petitioners and private respondents are residing together. Civil suit filed by the petitioners in the Court's at Malout is already pending, wherein interim stay has been granted.
3. For the relief claimed through instant petition by the petitioners, this Court while exercising its writ jurisdiction under Article 226/227 of the REENA 2026.07.17 18:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CRWP-8480-2026 Constitution of India can not function as an executive Court to the order passed by the civil Court/trial Court under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC.
4. No ground for interference is made out. However, it is will be open for the petitioners to avail any other alternative remedy available under the law.
5. The petitions stands disposed of.
