Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit the writ application, issue notice to the opp. parties to show cause as to why the writ application shall not be allowed and upon their showing no cause or insufficient cause, allow the writ application and issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ(s) quash the order vide No. 1302 dated 07/04/2026 Under Annexure-1 passed by the Opposite Party No.3 and directing the opposite parties specifically Opposite Party No. 2 & 3 to re-instate the petitioner in her service as Master Book Keeper of Paikasahi, Gram Panchayat Level Federation (GPLF) under Athamallik block, Angul with all service benefits and consequential benefits in the interest of justice. And pass any such other order(s) as may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; Page 2 of 2. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
