The only prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondent No.4, the Circle Officer, Gamharia to decide the Mutation Application of the petitioner being Mutation Case No.837 of 2024-25. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the earlier mutation application of the petitioner was dismissed but the petitioner filed an appeal in which the Appellate Authority revers the order of dismissal and remanded the matter for deciding afresh. After the said remand, the matter is still pending before the respondent No.4 and the respondent No.4 has not taken any decision. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the matter is still pending, the respondent No.4 will dispose of the application at the earliest by a reasoned order. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent No.4 along with copy of this order within four weeks. On receipt of the same, the respondent No.4, after hearing all the parties concerned, will try to dispose of the 2026:JHHC:9697 2 application at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
