And In the matter of: Sukumar Barman @ Bipul Barman & Ors. ….Petitioners. Mr. Nilay Chakraborty Mr. Sourav Lohani …for the Petitioners. Mr. Avrojyoti Das, Ld. APP Ms. Rajyashree Ghosh ….. for the State. The petitioners pray for pre-arrest bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes such prayer. It is submitted by learned APP that some of the petitioners have surrendered before the learned jurisdictional court and have been released on bail. That some of them had approached the court earlier on the self-same issue. Under such circumstances, the application is disposed of without granting pre-arrest bail. The petitioners who have not surrendered shall approach the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
