Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that a survey will be conducted by the authorities in the place in question and if there is any encroachment, the same will be removed within a time frame. 3. Recording the above submission, the respondents are directed to conduct a survey in the place in question and during survey, if any encroachment is found, the same shall be removed by due process of law after affording sufficient opportunity to the private respondents and other parties concerned. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
