The petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter and seeks withdrawal of the same. It is submitted that the petitioner wants to approach the learned Sessions Judge. Under such circumstances, the prayer for withdrawal is allowed without any observation on the merits and the proceedings sought to be initiated.
