Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondents to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.09.2025 (Annexure P/4) against the suspension order dated 25.09.2025. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 28.01.2026 (Annexure P/6). 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in hand, including the cost of the petition.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the appeal of the petitioner is pending consideration and he was called for personal hearing by respondent no. 3. The direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on pending appeal of petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3 3. Learned counsel for respondent -State submits that in view of the submission made and the document annexure P/5 he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties. 5. On due consideration of submission by the counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent authorities to consider and take decision on the appeal submitted by the petitioner against his suspension in accordance with law, expeditiously. Taking note of the fact that the appeal was filed on 30.09.2025 and the petitioner was issued notice for personal hearing dated 05.12.2025, it is directed that the appeal shall be decided within further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
