The present petitioner is presently serving as an Assistant Teacher in a school in the district of Jalpaiguri seeks transfer to the schools, the names of which has been specifically mentioned in the transfer application situated within the district of Jalpaiguri. The petitioner submitted a representation dated July 6, 2026 before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Jalpaiguri, being the respondent no.7. Heard the learned advocates for the respondent nos.6 and 7 and respondent no.3. Without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the representation dated 2 July 7, 2026, WPA 1325 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Jalpaiguri, being the respondent no.7 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated July 6, 2026 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law, which shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of 6 weeks from the receipt of a server copy of this order together with the copy of the representation dated July 6, 2026. There will be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
