The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to remove encroachment over the Government land. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, prays that the present writ petition be disposed of in light of the order dated 30.01.2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. [D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018] and accordingly, liberty be granted to the petitioner to file representation(s) before the Public Land Protection Cell (hereinafter referred to as ‘PLPC’) constituted in compliance of the order passed in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena (supra). In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed of in light of the order passed in the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena (supra) with the liberty to the petitioner to file representation(s) before the PLPC. In the event of any such representation(s) being filed by the petitioner, the PLPC shall decide the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two months thereafter. 4. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 5. Needless to say, this order has been passed only to decide the petitioner’s representation and in no manner is to be construed as a direction to decide the same in a particular manner.
