The instant criminal revision was filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C read with Section 528 of B.N.S.S, 2023 praying for quashing of G.R. Case No. 896 of 2017, arising out of Sitalkuchi Police Station Case No. 340 of 2017, dated 20.10.2017, under Sections 143/148/149/427/379/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in which Charge Sheet has been submitted, vide Sitalkuchi Police Station Charge Sheet No. 178 of 2018, dated 31.10.2018, under Sections 143/148/149/427/379/506/436 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. During pendency of the revision application one CRAN was filed jointly by the de-facto complainant as well as one of the accused persons who figured as no. 15 in the written complaint, praying for 2 quashing of the proceeding as the matter has been amicably settled. 3. Mr. Luksom, the Learned Counsel for the State as well as the Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties or in other words all the parties amicably settled the matter. 4. Let CRAN/1/2026 be allowed along with CRR/79/2026. G.R. Case No. 896 of 2017, arising out of Sitalkuchi Police Station Case No. 340 of 2017, dated 20.10.2017, under Sections 143/148/149/427/379/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in which Charge Sheet has been submitted, vide Sitalkuchi Police Station Charge Sheet No. 178 of 2018, dated 31.10.2018, under Sections 143/148/149/427/379/506/436 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is hereby quashed. 5.
