It is disclosed in the communication dated 23rd July, 2026 that on 7th July, 2026 though it was fixed for handing over belongings of the petitioner which were lying at the premises in question but petitioner remained absent. Subsequently, on 13th July, 2026 belongings of the petitioner were handed over in presence of 2 private respondents and other police personnel. 3. In view of the steps taken by the concerned police authorities in terms of the order dated 2nd July, 2026 no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 4.
