The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has undergone an abortion and she is therefore unable to surrender before the concerned Court within the period stipulated by this Court, and thus seeks further time to surrender before the said Court. 3. Considering the reasons assigned in the present petition, the time period to surrender before the concerned Court is hereby extended till 19.06.2026.
