By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 Quash the letter dated 25.05.2023 (Annexure P/1), whereby the respondent No.: 4 have recommended for cancellation of the recognition extended in favour of the petitioner's institution to run a school from Class-1 to X in a most arbitrary and illegal manner. 10.2 Direct the respondents not to hamper the smooth running of the school being administered by the petitioner No.: 1 till the matter pertaining to validity of the application seeking permission to gift the plot remaining pending with the respondent No.: 2 is decided. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem proper in the facts and circumstance of this case.” 2.
