The undertakings filed by the petitioner and the respondent no.6 in Court today in terms of the order dated 17th July, 2026 are taken on record. 2. Since, the parties have now submitted their respective undertakings, the parties shall be at liberty to continue with the renovation work in terms of the order dated 17th July, 2026 and once such renovation work is completed, an intimation thereof would be provided to the municipality, and on the satisfaction of the Executive Engineer, certificate to that effect shall be issued. 3.
