On asking of the Court, Ms. Anita Balyan, Senior Panel Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the representation dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of two months. 4. In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from today.
