Order on Board (31st July, 2026) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant appeal. However, he prays for a direction to learned trial Court to decide the case within a stipulated time period.

03. On due consideration, the appellant is permitted to withdraw this appeal. However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
