---- 02/08.04.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Cyber (Ranchi) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(C) and 66-D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II, Ranchi-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are there that from two mobile phones, the amount has been transferred and the case has been registered under the provisions of IT Act and other Sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,

2023. He further submits that the said two mobile phones are belonging to other persons. He then submits that the petitioners earn their livelihood by way of doing labour work. He next submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-14 of the petition. He also submits that in identical situation co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.50 of 2026.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of transferring the amount from the said two mobile phones.

It has been pointed out that the said two mobile phones are not belonging to the petitioners and petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-14 of the petition and further the petitioners earn their livelihood by way of doing labour work and in identical situation co- accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A., I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby
directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned
