The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he petitioner is having Ph.D degree and also NET qualified but due to deletion of the name of the petitioner, the petitioner’s application for re-verification of the OBC certificate is pending. He submits that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal on April 2, 2026 and prays for disposal of the said appeal as early as possible. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal is pending. 4. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal dated April 2, 2026 preferred by the petitioner as early as 2 possible, preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order. 5. Accordingly, WPA 15037 of 2026 stands disposed of. 6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
