Heard Mr. Himanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Sourabh Sahu, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent / State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner namely- Manish Bansod has preferred this petition for modification of the order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No.690 of 2026 (Santosh Bansod and another vs. State of C.G.) stating that this Court has directed to grant bail to the petitioners furnishing a personal bond with two KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 sureties each, as has been mentioned in para 7 of the order. He further submits that so far as two sureties are concerned, the applicant Manish Bansod has no sureties, due to which, he could not be released on bail even though he has been granted bail by this Court on 16.03.2026. Hence, he prays to grant him bail on furnishing a personal bond. 3. In view of the above, only for applicant- Manish Bansod, “ personal bond with two sureties” mentioned in para 7 of the order dated 16.03.2026 in MCRC No.690 of 2026 is modified to the extent of “a personal bond”. 4. Accordingly, the present CRMP is allowed. 5. The order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this Court be modified as mentioned above. 6. A copy of this order be placed in the record of MCRC No.690 of 2026.
