1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioner participated in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (UG), 2026. She alleged that her answer sheet was not evaluated properly.
3. However, at the time of hearing of the writ petition, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to prepare herself in a

better way so that she can appear in the examination next year.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, there is no requirement of proceeding with the instant writ petition any further.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
6. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
7. Certified server copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all requisite formalities.
