It appears from the affidavit that unauthorized construction over plot no. 253 has been demolished as per demarcation of the Revenus Inspector. 3. It is further appears that plot nos. 250 and 251 are lying vacant and some debris are lying thereat. Since the petitioner claims that plot no. 250 and 251 belonged to them, there shall be permitted to remove any debris and demolish structures lying thereat. 4. Affidavit of compliance affirmed on 15th July, 2026 filed by the alleged contemnor is kept with the record. Photographs of the debris lying thereat is produced by the petitioner is also kept with the record. 5. In view of the above, CPAN 508 of 2026 is disposed of. Rule, if any, stands disposed of. 2 6.
