Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 74-year-old person and has filed an application for demarcation of Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 his land. Though the proceedings have been registered, no further proceedings for demarcation are being carried out, as such, the petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs. “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, and or direction to direct respondent authority particularly respondent No. 3 & 4 to demarcate the land of petitioner as per Annexures P-6 and P-7, so that he may secure its boundaries. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and or direction to direct respondent authority to restore and decide a fresh the Revenue Case No. 202207120800028 year 2021- 2022 (Annexure P/4) 10.4 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and or direction to direct private respondent to stop further encroachment in the petitioner’s land. 10.5 Any other relief order or direction which may deem fit and just in the fact and circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that considering the 3 aforesaid grievances of the petitioner, he has made a submission that the concerned Tahsildar, Pithora, District Mahasamund (C.G.), shall consider the petitioner's application and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a stipulated period, preferably within 30 days. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the concerned Tahsildar/Respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the same within a period of 30 days, strictly in accordance with the procedure prescribed under Section 129 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, and the Rules framed thereunder. The concerned Tahsildar shall also issue notice to the adjoining landholders and other affected persons, as required by law and thereafter conclude the demarcation proceedings within a period of 60 days. 4.
