Hon'ble Shri Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 31.07.2026 1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following relief:- 10. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent No. 3 (Sub-Divisional Officer Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 (Revenue), Kurud) to expeditiously decide the petitioner’s pending proceedings arising out of Revenue Case No. 202506132300061/A-5/2024- 25 on the basis of written objection dated 16.06.2026. 10.2. Any other relief/reliefs, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also please be granted to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has filed this writ petition as the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kurud/Respondent No. 3 is not expeditiously deciding the petitioner's pending proceedings arising out of Revenue Case No. 202506132300061/A-5/2024-25; as such, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kurud, be directed to conclude the said case within an earlier stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner himself is not co-operative in the proceedings; as such, the matter could not be decided. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submission made on behalf of the State, on instructions, that the petitioner himself has been negligent in prosecuting his case, the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer 3 (Revenue), Kurud, is directed to proceed with the matter and decide the same expeditiously. In the event the petitioner fails to appear in the said proceedings, the concerned authority shall be at liberty to pass an appropriate order, preferably within a period of 60 days. 5.
