Earlier it was mentioned before this Court by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that there was an interim order which was not extended and immediately the present petitioner was arrested by the investigating officer of this case. Considering the overt act of the investigating officer, this Court gave priority of hearing the application. Learned Public Prosecutor appears on behalf of the State. Having considered the present situation, it would be advisable that the petitioner prefers a regular application under Section 483 of the BNSS. 2 Accordingly, the application, being CRM (A) 2109 of 2026 is dismissed as infructuous. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
