Singh, Advocate 02/ 07.04.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026, registered under sections 64(2) (m) of the BNS, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of establishing physical relationship on the pretext of marriage. He next submits that petitioner and informant were in relationship since 2019 and allegation of making video viral has been falsely levelled against the petitioner. He submits that prior to that petitioner approached to the authority by way of annexure-2 which is addressed to Officer-in-Charge, Rajrappa Police Station. He further submits that all details of mobile and face book Id have been provided and face book Id by which attempt has been made to hack the mobile of the petitioner in the light of Annexure-3. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant oppose the prayer and submit that allegations are there of establishing physical ( 2026:JHHC:9788 ) relationship on the false pretext of marriage. 5. Considering that petitioner and informant were in relationship since 2019, the petitioner has completed B.P.S.C examination and thereafter the present case has been lodged. Prior to that petitioner approached to the authority by way of annexure-2. The face book Id of the petitioner has been tried to be hacked in the light of Annexure-3 and in that view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioners on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
