None appears for the petitioner. 2. On the last date of hearing, the petitioner was confronted with the preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the petition taken by Mr. T.M. Shamsi, Ld. DSGI to the effect that in view of the availability of the alternate remedy under Section 107 of the Central Goods & Services Act, 2017, the writ petition is not maintainable. The petitioner was also provided a judgment relied upon by Ld. DSGI in the case of “M/S New Gee Enn & Sons vs. Union of India & Ors”. He sought time to come prepared to meet the objection. 3. Today when the case was called, nobody turned up to cause appearance in the matter, it seems that the petitioner has appreciated the objection to the maintainability taken by the respondents and has chosen not to press this petition. 4. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the dismissal of this petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to pursue alternate remedy available under law.
