A perusal of the circular dated 16.12.2025, would also indicate that the approval of ASI is required to conduct guiding activities within ASI- protected monuments in Delhi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has not conducted any guiding activities, however, it is acting as a certified facilitator and they are called as Incredible Tourist Facilitator Association (ITFA).
