15th July, 2026 (D/L No.13) Ct. No.4 (SKB) W.P.S.T. 43 of 2026 Samar Kumar Swarnakar Versus State of West Bengal and others Mr. Sankha Ghosh, Mr. Biswarup Nandy … for the petitioner. Mr. D. N. Ray, ld. GP, Mr. Guddu Singh, Mr. Sourav Halder … for the State. Mr. Suman Basu … for respondent no.5. 1. The learned advocate for the writ petitioner submits that the limited grievance in the present case is disposal of the pending departmental proceeding, for which he has submitted a representation dated 05.12.2025. He submits that he will pursue the representation. 2. Accordingly, we disposed of the writ petition, however, leaving the option of the petitioner open to assail the outcome of the representation; or to raise any other issue that may arise, in an appropriate proceeding.
