At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3-M.C. Jalandhar, on instructions, submitted that all the four premises, namely, Pratap Industries, Geeta Enterprises, Chotu Suitcase and Ambay Tyre, have already been sealed and are not in operation and therefore, the present petition does not survive. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of in view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.3–Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar.
