The applicant by way of this application claims himself to be Member of Rajasthan Cricket Association, however, it does not recognize him as a Member and therefore, he prays for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator. 2. The dispute raised by the applicant regarding his membership may be decided by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Nagendra Kumar Jain, Former Chief Justice of Madras High Court, R/o R-3 Tilak Marg, C-scheme, Jaipur. 3. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, this Court directs the appointment of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Nagendra Kumar Jain, Former Chief Justice of Madras High Court to act as the Sole Arbitrator and to decide all issues without prejudice to the rights. The arbitration fees shall be determined in accordance with the [2026:RJ-JP:17569] (2 of 2) [ARBAP-125/2024] Fourth Schedule of the Act of 1996, as amended. The fee of the Arbitrator will be equally borne by both the parties. 4. The arbitration application is allowed accordingly. 5. Copy of this order be sent to the appointed Sole Arbitrator.
