The present writ petitions have been filed for the following relief(s):- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition by directing the respondents to de- cide representation dated 20.04.2020 (Annexure P/5) and direct the respondent to release benefit under 22- (D)(i) of M.P. Fundamental Rule with costs and interest Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2026.08.01 12:05:38 +0530 within stipulated period by deciding representation, soon, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Cost of the petition be awarded 10.3 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the peti- tioner including the cost of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has sub- mitted representation (Annexure P/5) before the competent authority seeking benefit under rule 22-D(i) of Fundamental Rules with costs and interest. However, the said representation has not yet been considered and decided. He, therefore, confines his prayer to a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners within a stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not oppose the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, concerned authorities are directed to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P/5) of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to submit an additional representation along with all relevant documents, if so advised. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the cases of the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petitions stand disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K.
