Heard Y.S. Hanumantha Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Waheeda M.M., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the concerned Court is not passing an order on the 'B' report, as 'B' report is filed in the year 2024 and a protest petition has been filed by the complainant immediately thereafter. Therefore, the concerned Court shall now endeavour to pass necessary orders on the protest petition, in accordance with law. 4. The learned counsel would further submit that on the strength of the subject proceedings pending, the passport authorities are not renewing the passport or granting a complete validity passport. 5.
