The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.183 of 2024, for offence registered under section 303(2), 317(2) of BNS, 2023 pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happened to be proprietor of M/s Maa Shanti Trading Company, Kharagpur, West Bengal wherefrom coal has been purchased. He next submits that allegations are there of carrying coal on truck and owner of the said truck has been granted anticipatory bail in ABP No.2298 of 2024. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of taking coal from proprietorship firm of the petitioner. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the proprietor of M/s Maa Shanti Trading Company, Kharagpur, West Bengal wherefrom the allegations are there of carrying the coal and the owner of the truck has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
