It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the Petitioner has been awarded Ph.D degree and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and liberty may be granted to challenge the enquiry proceedings initiated against the Petitioner. 3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to challenge the enquiry proceedings initiated against the Petitioner.
