Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 11 months and other accused persons have been released on bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the merits of the case and I find that the present petitioner had been evading the process of law as the case was registered in the year 2018 and the petitioner was arrested on 14.08.2024. Having considered the previous conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Thus, CRM(M)1532 of 2026 is dismissed.
