Petitioner-Kuldip has filed the present contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of order dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP-9711-2025. The relevant portion of the said order runs as under:- “ In the meanwhile, the respondent(s) are directed to assign the appropriate duty to the petitioner at the place of posting i.e. C.H.C., Narwana, till the next date of hearing” 2. Learned counsel representing petitioner referred to Annexure P-2 where his name is mentioned at Serial No.542 regarding his posting to CH Uchana Kalan, Jind. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On advance notice, Mr. Abhishek Yadav, DAG, Haryana, appears and accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana, who stated that MONIKA RANI 2026.07.17 08:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document COCP-3209-2026 2 during the pendency of CWP-9711-2025, the petitioner will remain posted at Narwana in compliance to the order dated 05.04.2025 and even at present he has not relinquished the charge nor the Department will move him from the present place of posting i.e. C.H.C., Narwana. 5. In view of the aforesaid factual position, learned counsel representing petitioner stated that he does not pursue the present contempt petition for the time being and accordingly withdraws the same. 6.
