"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
The undersigned counsel for the petitioner herewith submits that the order that is challenged before this Court is ex-parte interim maintenance ordered by Hon'ble Trial Court. Hence the proper forum is to seek modification or set aside application before the Hon'ble Trial court. Wherefore, the petitioner humbly prays before this Hon'ble Court to kindly consider this memo on record and withdraw/not-pressed the above petition with the liberty to file fresh petition at appropriate circumstances and with the permission to file a fresh application before the Hon'ble Trial Court in the interest of justice. "
