Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is pressing a limited relief in the present writ petition, namely, a direction to the disciplinary authority to furnish copies of the relevant documents on the basis of which the charge-sheet has been issued. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already submitted a representation/application dated 16.04.2026 requesting supply of the aforesaid documents, but the same has not yet been considered.

Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2026 seeking supply of the relevant documents is still pending, the same shall be considered and the documents, as are available and permissible to be supplied in accordance with law, shall be furnished to the petitioner within a period of 15 days.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
4. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, no further adjudication is called for in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the competent disciplinary authority to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2026 and furnish to the petitioner copies of the relevant documents, as are available and required to be supplied in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order Sd/-
