The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 109, 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted four sons of informant. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 4.
