HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18551 WP No. 10355 of 2026
2. It is the contention of the petitioner that respondents No.3 and 4 have got a sale deed executed in respect of the lands in question on 22.03.2026 on the basis of a power of attorney which is disputed by the petitioner.
The petitioner has therefore filed an objection before the 2nd respondent – Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, and the learned counsel for petitioner submits that directions may be issued to the Tahsildar to consider the objections filed by the petitioner before proceeding to consider the claim of the private respondents herein to enter their names in the RTC. 3. Having regard to the contentions raised by the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, to consider the objection filed by the petitioner before proceeding to make the changes in the RTC pursuant to the registered instrument on the basis of which claim is made by respondents No.3 and 4 for change of katha. The Tahsildar shall not pass orders without considering the objections
