The petitioner's application for compassionate appointment had been rejected on July 25, 2024 on the ground that it lacked transparency regarding the educational qualification and date of birth of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has placed all such documents along with several representations, lastly on the May 21, 2026. 3. This representation of May 21, 2026, will be considered by the Joint Secretary in the light of the request made by the Learned District Judge, Hooghly by his letter dated June 12, 2024, a copy whereof, as handed up by the learned Advocate for the State, is taken on record. 4. The entire consideration will be done by August 31, 2026 and the resultant order shall be communicated to the petitioner by September 10, 2026. 5.
