The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the next date of hearing before the concerned Court is on 05-08- 2026. Therefore the non-bailable warrant so issued against the petitioner shall remain suspended till 05-08-2026. 4. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on 05-08-2026. Till such time, the non-bailable warrant issued against him shall stand suspended. In the event he would not appear, the concerned Court is at liberty to pass necessary orders thereafter.
