Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and submits that totally there are 10 accused in CC No.237 of 2024, out of which, two of them are died and one accused absconded. Therefore, the case is not proceeded further. According to him, the case is posted to 27.05.2026 for the appearance of the accused. 3.This Court considered the rival submissions made and also perused the materials placed on record. 4.It appears that the case in CC No.237 of 2024 has not been proceeded due to absconding of one of the accused. The respondent 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.OP(MD) No.7499 of 2026 police shall ensure that the warrant is executed and the absconding accused is secured and also ensure that the trial is proceeding in an appropriate manner. This Court is not aware of the pendency of the cases before the trial Court.
